New for Summer 2015 ideal for hot smoking or cold smoking these various flavoured cooking woods not only preserve food but bring whole new dimensions to the flavour of your food.

Food smoking is the old age process of infusing fantastic flavours into your food these wood chips can be used in hot and cold smokers, pizza ovens, conventional ovens or on a BBQ for quickness.

For use on a BBQ simply add the chips to warm water 30 minutes before and add them to the charcoal once the charcoal has turned white, this will prevent the chips from burning but allow them to smoke your food.
