Why should I buy from Millhouse Wood?

Here at Millhouse, we pride ourselves in service. If you've not bought from us before, then here's a few pointers as to how things work and what we do. If you have bought from us before, then you'll know what we're all about.

When you call or email to order or enquire, you'll speak to Suzi or Emma in the office. They are happy to help with any questions you may have about products, delivery or payments. If you have any doubts about anything we supply, they will put your mind to rest and make sure you're as comfortable as possible with our services, delivery or the product itself. On delivery, your product(s) will be delivered by Adam or Steve. Adam aims to go that extra mile for our customers, whether it's delivering on a specified day, delivering to out of reach customers on our small pick-up or delivering as soon as we can if you have run out of wood. If you need a delivery and you won't be there, that's no problem- tell us where is a safe place to leave the order and it will be there waiting for you when you get home. Steve is the driver of our unique bulk blown pellet delivery tanker. He will turn up, connect the pipes from the wagon to the connection point for the hopper and fill your hopper with quality wood pellets. If you're not going to be in, that's not a problem for us- let us know how we can access the connection point without you being there and we'll deliver so you will have heating when you get home.

We also take pride in our products. We only deliver the best quality product that we have. If the product that you recieve isn't top quality or you have problems with it, let us know so we can resolve the problem and make sure that you are provided with the best product available for the best price.
